Inside a CAIMEN bifold gate

The axis, hinge, guide and wiring choices that keep a folding gate quiet and square for years.

Patented top-bottom axis system

Traditional folding gates hang on side hinges, which carry the whole panel weight at a few points. Over time the hinges wear, the panels sag and the gate starts to bind.

Our built-in axis combines a CNC-machined top guide with a patented bottom pivot that has four layers of protection. Weight goes straight down to the foundation. CAIMEN reports about 60% less mechanical wear and up to three times longer service life than conventional support shafts.

Stainless steel hinge between bifold panels

304 stainless hinge shaft

The hinge shaft is 304 stainless steel, precision-cast at 1500 °C, with a 40 mm reinforced body. Paired with precision bearings it runs smoothly and quietly and resists deformation under heavy panels.

Axis bearing assembly

Synchronized 90° guide

A patented guide opens and closes both panels on each side together, preventing jams and uneven loads.

Stainless flexible conduit

Stainless conduit

304 stainless flexible conduit protects power and signal lines through every fold.

Four-core oxygen-free copper cable

Oxygen-free copper

Custom four-core cable with 99.99% oxygen-free copper flexes without breaking.

Prism warning light

A diamond-prism lens throws a strong flashing signal while the gate moves.

Custom voice alert

A clear voice warning runs with the light whenever vehicles pass.
