Bifold gate installation and commissioning
What to prepare on site, and how the 24 V controller is set up once the gate is standing.
Before the gate arrives
Check the posts
Post foundations must be level and plumb; the gate needs no ground rail.
Bring power
Independent switch with a 6 A breaker, proper grounding, 24 V supply rated 10 A or more.
Plan cables
Signal lines go to the master unit only; the slave needs power, motor and alarm light lines.
Clear the area
Keep children and non-staff away during installation and testing.
Commissioning checklist
Set master and slave units, run the closing self-check, then adjust open and close limits. After the self-check the gate must complete two full cycles before obstacle rebound is active.
If the gate reverses unexpectedly, raise the rebound force setting L-12. If it misses a limit, adjust L-9 or L-6.

- Show the owner the manual release
- Hand over the manual after commissioning
